We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our proxy plans. If you're not satisfied with our service for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Service must not have been abused or used for prohibited activities
  • Data usage must not exceed 1GB for daily plans or 10GB for monthly/yearly plans
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Excessive data usage beyond fair use policy
  • Violation of our terms of service
  • Custom or enterprise plans (negotiated separately)
  • Services that have been actively used for more than 24 hours

Processing Time

  • Pro-rated refunds for unused portions of service

Cancellation Policy
